Position: Application & Service Engineer (Robotics)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder;
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
- Basic understanding of technical information/ schematics/ drawings (electrical, electronics and mechanical);
- Technical skills such as analysing, diagnostic and problem solving;
- Project management;
- Customer oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for installation of industrial robots and robotics related equipment at customer facilities;
- Provide technical assistance/ support to customers on-site or remotely;
- Investigate customers’ reported issues and implement the best possible solutions for a quick resolution;
- Complete required documentation and submit timely;
- Other duties as assigned.
